Parties shall not be subject to liability for the truth, reliability, accuracy or completeness of the Content or any other information conveyed to the user, or for errors, mistakes or omissions therein or for any delays or interruptions in operation or data/information whatever the cause.

Any purchase made by you is subject to the following terms. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and schams.net for the provision of services subject of the purchase. Any purchase made on this website and web application is an acknowledgement by you that you:

• are over the age of eighteen (18) years;
• accept these terms;
• agree that you have entered into a legal contract with schams.net in relation to these terms;
• have reviewed and confirmed that the offer you have chosen meet your requirements;
• accept that purchases of electronic resources are not refundable.

You and schams.net will enter into a contract for the sale and provision of the services/subscriptions if you make payment in full on the website or web application for the service/subscription you selected, and schams.net accepted and confirmed the purchase and payment.

Once you have completed a purchase and payment, you cannot cancel or revoke it, unless expressly provided for in these terms.

If your request to purchase is not accepted by schams.net, we (or our partners) will notify you by email as soon as possible and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.

schams.net may, in its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any request to purchase made by you for any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, the services on the website or web application, or an error in your purchase.

If schams.net cannot supply a particular service, we (or our partners) will notify you by email as soon as possible and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.

schams.net will be deemed to have accepted your purchase following confirmation.

Prices shown with each product or service are exclude GST and subject to change (in the absolute discretion of schams.net). We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website. Tax (GST), if applicable, will be calculated at the checkout.

All payments must be made in full prior to acceptance of an purchase by schams.net.

Payments must be made via our partner's secure payment gateway facilities and will be subject to any terms and conditions of these providers.

Your request to purchase from schams.net is subject to fraud analytic pre-screening which is administered by third-party service providers. In the event that the requested purchase is considered potentially fraudulent, or does not pass the fraud analytic pre-screening process, we reserve the right to not accept the requested purchase. Your personal information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, schams.net will not be responsible for any damages or consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a user where a credit card or PayPal account is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner.
