Free to Use Webapps
Our Free to Use Webapps are applications that don't not require a user authentication (login) to access and use them. Some functions of the TYPO3 Certification Webapp are, for example, free to use.
We collect anonymous data for statistical purposes including, but not limited to, the selected TYPO3 certification, submitted answers, the users' device type, approximate geolocation, and general interaction with the Webapps.
By accepting the Terms and the Privacy Policy, users explicitly agree that we may collect and share usage statistics, including collected anonymous data, with third parties and/or publish them.
The data we collect during your interaction with Free to Use Webapps do not contain personally identifiable information (PII) such as names, email addresses, or IP addresses.
We do not capture, collect, determine, ask for, or process personally identifiable information (PII) in or with our Free to Use Webapps.
Subscription-based Services
Our Subscription-based Webapps are applications that require users to register an account and to authenticate against the system (login) to access and use the Webapp.
To provide the functionality of the Webapps offered on t3rrific.com, for example the TYPO3 Certification Webapp, and to process payments, the collection of certain data, including personal information, is a necessity.
This privacy notice ("notice") below explains the types of personal data we collect, process, and store.
Personal data we collect about our users
Personal data, or personal information, means any information about an identified or identifiable individual. It can include data that you provide to us (such as your name, address or contact details) and data that we collect about you during your interaction with our services (such as device information, IP address, etc.).

- Information about how you are using our Websites or Webapps, for example which TYPO3 certification you access, which answers you submit, and general interaction with the Webapps.

- Your approximate geolocation.

Data Retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it.
We automatically delete data that is no longer required by a relevant law or jurisdiction in which we operate.
