With their deep knowledge of the TYPO3 backend, they ensure content is published effectively, consistently, and delivers a seamless experience for website visitors.
The TCCE certification, introduced in mid-2016, was created to meet the needs of backend users who work extensively with TYPO3. Supported by integrators, certified editors concentrate on creating and maintaining website content.

TYPO3 CMS Certified Integrator

The TCCI certification was the first certification introduced by the TYPO3 Association in 2008. Unlike administrators, who set up and maintain the underlying IT infrastructure, integrators focus on creating and configuring TYPO3 websites and supporting editors. While integrators typically have basic PHP knowledge, developing extensions remains the responsibility of TYPO3 developers.
